Barrier free environment in Taiwan is gradually more common in recent years. Actually, disabled people can’t use the barrier free environment independently. Under such conditions, disabled people have to rely on others to use the barrier free environment. Even the facilities are not appropriate to the disabled. Thus, they often suffer a lot of inconvenience and difficulty in food, clothing, shelter and transportation.
